Just
minutes from the center of Woodstock, a private recording facility sits
on green and peaceful grounds amidst the lush woods of the Catskill mountains.
The recording studio is equipped with Pro Tools HD and provides a comfortable,
intimate space for acoustic recording. Singer/songwriters, instrumentalists,
and small ensembles have crafted their projects here with production assistance
and engineering skills provided by Julie Last.

Julie
Last has been active in the music business for over 20 years. Starting
at the Record Plant in New York she assisted on some of the seminal albums
of the 70s and early 80s. After moving to Los Angeles, Julie engineered
projects for Joni Mitchell, Rickie Lee Jones and Shawn Colvin to name
a few. In 2000, she moved to Woodstock, drawn to a community of artists
who are passionately nurturing their work and thriving outside the traditional
record company system. Coldbrook Productions exists to explore and manifest
an artist's unique vision in a beautiful and creative environment.
